I ordered an executive twin, when I checked in I got a room on the 1st floor, when I entered it was like a hotel room from the 70s, the atmosphere was dark, the walls had lots of leaks, the AC wasn't cold, finally I asked to move rooms, eh the room still wasn't cold, even though it was fixed by engineering it was still hot, just stay here once, Kapol

Cheap hotel, quite affordable, friendly staff, friendly security guards, overall quite clean, but I found cockroaches in the bathroom, the room lighting is inadequate, the room smells a bit, breakfast is okay, there is a prayer room, swimming pool, mini golf, welcome drink.

I booked a hotel room for a visiting pastor, and the next morning the water was completely cut off, preventing him from showering and having to go elsewhere. The hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. As hosts, we were embarrassed and deeply inconvenienced by this incident.

Stayed overnight with a small group and took three executive rooms. The rooms were quite large but dated. The corridor from the lobby to the rooms was very narrow and winding, seemingly forced to build so many rooms. The breakfast menu was limited and basic. Parking was available, but not extensive.

A bit surprised with the condition of the hotel, because from previous experience staying at Hotel Dafam in other cities gave a good experience. Hotel Dafam Cilacap is an old building, and unfortunately not well maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows, and towels are no longer suitable. Breakfast is quite good with normal variations for a 3 star. The staff is friendly and the check in/check out process is fast. Near the mosque, there is an ATM, swimming pool, and adequate parking. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
