“During the first and second days of my stay, I found that some of the staff were not very helpful, and the buffet took quite some time to be refilled when the restaurant was at full capacity. However, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Chyntia (one of the restaurant servers) for her outstanding service on the third day. She promptly approached me with a warm greeting, kindly offered coffee, and assisted me in finding a seat. This level of attentiveness truly made my morning — thank you, Chyntia, for your professionalism and hospitality.
I also experienced an issue with the card reader on my room door, but once I reported it, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved it efficiently. I truly appreciate their quick and professional assistance. Overall, despite a few minor issues at the beginning, the service improvement and responsiveness from the staff made my stay pleasant and satisfying.”
