room condition is good, bed were comfortable, ammenities were sufficient, although you could see this is an old property based on the building and the hallway. Great point was that staffs were very attentive! not really close to MRT, but there’s a bus stop across the road, also, there’s 7-11 across the road as well. overall it was a great stay

Overall the hotel is good, got a room according to the photo, the room is spacious but a bit noisy because it is next to the road. Please add a clothes hanger in the toilet and a large mirror in the room. Recommended 👍🏼

The way to the room is a bit confusing, like a maze. The interior of the room is ok, the road is ok, there is also a restaurant downstairs that suits Vietnamese taste.

The floor of the bathroom is a little dirty, there is something like clay on the floor, but it can't be wiped off. The worst thing is the air conditioner! I turned it on all the time, but I didn't feel cold! I just felt warm! !

The hotel is look like under maintenance, but the room is available for guest. While we're staying, the lift is not working, so that we have to carry our luggage into 2nd floor. Atika and night male reception are friendly and helpful.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the floor seemed sticky. We were charged SGD 25 for checking out 1 hour late. The deposit receipt was lost in the room even though it was written check in 12.30 check out 13.17. We arrived at the hotel at 12.20 to check out.

This hotel is under deep renovation, it looks so terrible at the lobby and building appearance. Messy, dirty, chaos. However the room is OK, but no mirror inside, only small round mirror in the bathroom which unsatisfying to check your appearance.

The room is pretty small but still OK, they give 2 bottles of mineral water and 7/11 is just opposite the hotel. From outside it looked like a spooky old place, but when you come to the room it feels very homey. The shower is nice, but I think they need to have 1 more trash bin in the toilet. Nearby local food stalls are open till very late (4 AM). They are having a renovation, so if you're allergic to dust, I don't suggest you stay now. Keep this hotel for your next trip and thank me later.
