Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel, especially for the commute, as it is close to the train station! Also near Kiara Artha Park. The room is clean, the staff are friendly, the room is spacious, and the price is affordable.

This is the 4th time I've stayed here, but the last room was a bit disappointing because the TV remote was broken and the hot water couldn't be set to warm, but instead it was just cold. I had to wait until it was clean because when I first turned it on, the water was dirty and black, but after a while it was clean.

Friendly staff, very helpful during my check-in and check out! I recommend staying here if you want to be closer to the train station and hospital. It is also very close to Kiara Artha Park. The hotel is quiet :) I am always happy to stay here.

The place is comfortable and clean, the nongki restaurant is also delicious.

Everything was fine, except the WiFi wasn't very good. The Telkomsel signal was only one bar when I entered the first floor room, so it was difficult to use for WhatsApp. So I relied on WiFi, but it was also slow when I entered the room.

The receptionist doesn't smile enough 🙄🙄 so it seems unfriendly. The room is comfortable and clean, but the wifi doesn't work. The toilet is also locked from the inside so it has to be propped up 😁 But overall, it's comfortable. Recommended for a short staycation

I've stayed here twice and the service was good. The room was cleaned several days without being asked. The office staff was responsive and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the service. 😊

I had a pleasant stay here, I checked in really late at night around 01.30 and thank God the hotel staff immediately greeted me warmly. Overall, it was really comfortable to stay here, it's close to everywhere.

The hotel atmosphere is good, but the unpleasant experience from the security, where I came and asked the security if this is really the Alqueby Hotel near Kiara, but the security guard on duty in the parking lot answered, oh not here sir, but the one near the flyover turn left. then I went to the location according to the instructions from the security and I DIDN'T find the hotel I was looking for. I searched via Google Maps and was directed to the Alqueby Hotel that I visited earlier. until finally I called the phone number listed on the booking ticket that I had paid, but the answer was a machine. finally I decided to return to the Alqueby Hotel that I visited earlier and I went straight to the hotel receptionist, and was declared correct here by the hotel receptionist. and I submitted a complaint to the receptionist regarding the hotel security that I asked when I first arrived.
