Arrived at 13.30, not allowed to enter, because the entry time is 14.00, it was already 14.00, still waiting because waiting for housekeeping to report which rooms are ready, breakfast was served, the menu was OK, vegetables, teriyaki chicken, fruit, the taste was not good, bland, not given a drink or borrowed a glass, even though there was a dispenser, when they arrived, they just knocked, they were silent, didn't say who it was or where they were from, there was no soap, shampoo, warm water

The real condition is very different from the rating on Traveloka, the room is dirty, smelly and full of stains, I immediately moved hotels and didn't stay at this hotel because it was so bad it didn't match what Traveloka said.

I had to change my room twice, the first room the ac wasn't working properly. In the second room, I was bitten by hella bedbugs. Had to ask the receptionist for another change of room, he wasn't even willing to check on the room first just handed me another key to another room. In this one the ac's check light was on and it died on me multiple times during my sleep, I was just too tired to ask for another room change. In the end I had a sleepless night, and one the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had.

My experience: 1. As soon as I entered the room it smelled damp 2. The lights were dark and gloomy 3. The room was dusty, I sneezed 4. The toilet had no exhaust fan, it was very damp. The dirty water was like from a river, brown and smelly 5. The AC was not cold, the outside air was colder. 6. The original sheets and towels were white but they were dull and looked dirty. 7. The walls were not well maintained, there were lots of cracks and stains 8. I was only here for 2 hours, look for another place 9. No soap, shampoo, toothbrush provided. 10. On the weekend I got a price of 285k. With this quality, the price is unreasonable, right?

Until early morning because of out of town trip, I entered the room and was greeted with yellowish bed sheets🥲 plus a muddy floor because the room's AC was leaking (it's surprising why the staff didn't check it until it was so muddy), when I moved rooms, it turned out that the two mattresses had the exact same bed sheets with lots of shabby stains (if I had this at home, it wouldn't be suitable for use) even worse than before plus the AC was making noise🥲🥲. I was so tired that I couldn't complain, the important thing was to rest and tomorrow I would move hotels. Please, the hotel is very unfortunate in my opinion if it is not fixed, and the friendliness of the staff may also need to be evaluated🙏🏻☺️
