The hotel is very strategic near Alfamidi, pharmacy, basically great... when I first checked in, the room was clean and tidy, after staying for 2 nights no one came to clean the room, that's not necessary to ask for! On the 3rd day, we continued but had already paid manually directly at the hotel, and when my husband and I went out shopping, I had left the room key card and asked to clean the room because it hadn't been cleaned for 2 days, the receptionist said okay! Eee when I got back, it turned out the room was still the same as when my husband and I left... The hotel is very comfortable, but the service needs to be improved so that customers are satisfied

This hotel has a good location but the bed and linen smell badly of cigarettes and the quality of the bed is very poor, the bathroom is also very lacking, it should be renovated, finally that night I checked out and didn't stay there. No wonder it lost to other hotels, I thought the price was cheap but it turned out the quality was also cheap.

The water in the shower must be turned on for 3 minutes to drain, because it is brown. AC is not cold. The TV remote doesn't work well, but the staff is very kind.
