The room is too old, need reparation

There were no bed sheets in the room, and toilet amenities were not available. Housekeeping had to be called to have them delivered. (Perhaps the staff) forgot to put them in. The sheets were dirty.

Convenient location, away from the hustle and bustle of noisy streets.

The facilities are okay for that rate, cleanliness is okay, and the view is okay. The only thing missing is the towels at the pool and the food tends to be bland.

The hotel staff are all friendly, I asked for a room with a mountain view, and they gave me one, Masyaallah😍 The room and bathroom are clean, the road to the hotel is also busy and it's nice to bring kids so you don't have to worry about it being quiet, the access is easy, I want to come here again, really 😍
