Just a suggestion. I think the mattress needs to be replaced because the springs are starting to feel sore when you sleep on them.

Comfortable, beautiful and cool atmosphere, friendly staff service, easy road access

I saw it on TikTok and it said it was scary, but there were only two rooms occupied, maybe because it was a weekday. The atmosphere was more beautiful if it had rained, maybe it would have been better. We will come back.

A very comfortable resort for those seeking tranquility. However, the gate, according to Google Maps, is open until 9:00 PM. There are no slippers in the rooms. It would be nice to replace the living creature paintings in the rooms with other paintings.

Overall quite good. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent. Restaurant food was also very good. Front desk was strict about check-out time, which was a annoying given the hotel was clearly not fully booked. That would have been an easy/no cost way to go above and beyond, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. Furthermore, the sound from the nearby mosque was deafening at 4:30am and the room showed its age, with a very broken shower soap/shampoo dispenser. It seems unlikely this could have gone unnoticed before my check-in, so it's disappointing it wasn't fixed proactively.

The facilities, breakfast, atmosphere, and cleanliness are all great. The only downside is the lack of a smart TV. It's really cold at night.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food menu is varied and delicious.

We loved the greenery and nature of this place however, severly under maintained. Rooms are definitley old and untouched. Things that made as weary were the beds(old and springs are poking our bodies), cheap pillows with bad cotton inside, dirty and old curtains, old bath tubs that possibly needs a lot of bleaching treatment and better lighting in the toilet, unhygienic sinks where the water is exposed so we brushed our teeth with mineral water. Bending doors that don’t close properly. Walls between rooms are definitely too thin, we could hear the couple behind us even snoring. We couldn’t expressively enjoy our time because we had to be extra quiet because the walls are too thin. The ponds are definitely mosquito centre, it doesn’t circulate and very still. It’s the staff who made it better, they are actually very friendly and professional. The food was also decent tasting and prized so that was a plus for us but for the rest of it, Sapulidi really needs to compete better in this new age, so you can have your name big and better again. Semangat ya!

The instability of the hot water.... but there are paddle boat facilities for children who want to play boats, it's still fun but they still have to be accompanied by their parents. It's fun because it's one with nature. The access is a bit roundabout when GrabCar wants to pick you up. Breakfast: Nasi Timbel, Nasi Goreng Kampung (with fragrant shrimp), the fried rice with egg is also delicious, the Mie Tek Tek is also perfect to eat in the cold weather.
