Spacious and clean room, highly recommended

This is my fourth stay at Hotel Gumilang, and it's always memorable, especially as my kids are happy. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel atmosphere is also very good. The condition of the rooms, which are quite old, needs to be improved.

The staff is friendly. I really like them, they're all smiles. I only tried the food for one day, even though I booked for 3 days and 2 nights because I didn't have time to make it to breakfast on the last day, but the train schedule was already waiting. As a result, I couldn't have breakfast on the last day, haha. This is a family hotel. There's a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and spacious too. The concept is that the rooms are upstairs. You have to climb the stairs to get to the bed. Overall, the hotel is nice. The toilets aren't the cleanest, but I think it's still okay.

Everything was great, I really liked the service and the food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go to Bandung 🤩🥳

Overall, staying here is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, and it's close to the main road. There are also downsides. The mattress is dirty, the sheets and bedcover are no longer suitable for rooms 517, 515, and 518. The WiFi is bad. Local TV channels are a hassle, so you have to call the FO first before you can get them. Hmm, but the good breakfast is good, there are lots of menu choices. My suggestion is that the sheets and blankets need to be replaced, plus the floor is peeling. Thank you.

The room smells of cigarettes. The sheets are a bit dirty and the blanket has stains. The towels are a bit dull and have holes. But the food and service are good and the staff are friendly.

I really love this hotel, even though there are many visitors, the atmosphere is still beautiful, the staff are also very friendly and patient even though I booked the wrong date. What needs to be improved is the super slow wifi, then the hotel slippers are only a pair, and there are also sheets that are still dirty, I don't know if they are stained. But I can say 4.7/5 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Stayed 1 night here, the hotel vibes are quite vintage, it's quite comfortable because it has a smart TV, but the wifi is not that good because it keeps breaking down.. the restaurant food is delicious.. well, so so for that price :)

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Gumilang Regency

This is my second stay at Gumilang. The service is great and friendly from check-in to check-out. Ordering room service (ordering food at the hotel) is also delicious with a very good price. You must try it. Breakfast is also delicious and varied. There are bread, spaghetti, potatoes, red beans, fried eggs and omelets, boiled noodles, popcorn, cotton candy, nasi greng, grilled chicken, kwetiau, yellow rice with filling, lontong sayur, batagor, porridge, fruit, juice, jelly, coffee,,,, it's really cool, everything is delicious. My kids love staying at Gumilang. The downside: * Please replace the towels with new ones. Because there is no difference between the footcloth and the towel. * The wifi is bad. Watching until you are tired, the network is slow and just keeps going back and forth. (Even though the TV can already play YouTube)

Thank God, I came here last week with the kids. We really enjoyed it. The facilities are complete, and it's close to everything. The staff are super friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay at Gumilang Regency.

The curtains and hot water need maintenance, the cable TV needs to be reactivated, the Wi-Fi network could be expanded, and the internet is still not in the best condition. Several other items could be checked regularly to ensure comfort. The location is good, other amenities like breakfast are good, and the room layout is also attractive.

I stayed in the executive type for 2 nights... the room was really nice and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and there were lots of choices. My kids were very happy because there were cotton candy and popcorn during breakfast, playground and swimming pool behind the room. The car parking was also very convenient because it was right in front of the room, in front of the hotel there were also many people selling delicious food & there was an Alfamart, the location was very strategic. The staff were also friendly and the service was very fast.. really top for a hotel with that price, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again..

The rooms are comfortable & the food is quite tasty and has lots of variety.
