Everything good. I like to spending time right here. The problem umm when I first walked into the room, the toilet smelled really bad. Idk why

Overall good but Hot water for showers didn’t working. For the next day i ask to receptionist, he say all the room are good, but how can i got the bathroom kinda smell and there’s no dustbin i get. The shampoo only 1 . Improve the facilities pls.

When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in and everything was missing, from towels to mineral water, doormats, hotel slippers. After being informed, they arrived very late. Towels arrived 2 hours after being informed, sandals arrived until check out and doormats were not there.

The central AC is noisy, it often goes off on its own but it turns on quickly but every time it turns on it makes a startling noise because it makes a startling noise. Other than that, everything is comfortable and clean.
