Room requests via WA were responded to quickly, very beautiful, varied breakfast, suggestions for junior suites with smart TV so they can access YT or Netflix, the rest is pleasant, my child is very happy, thank you.

A fun vacation spot

The atmosphere is really nice and chill, the staff is friendly, there is a welcome drink, food and drink coupons upon arrival at the hotel. The room is clean with a spacious balcony. Lots of play areas. There is a choice of hot and cold water pools, above which there is a cafe while waiting for the kids to swim. In front of the room there is a minimarket, I happened to get room 208, I want to come here again.

For my room, I ordered a Duluxe, but the beds were 2 single beds. Then, my husband and I ordered 2 rooms on different phones, but we couldn't sleep side by side, so we were separated from the children.

Comfortable, cool, very kid-friendly, the rooms are clean and the staff is fast and friendly, the food is varied and delicious. The cats are adorable. God willing, I will come back again when I come to Lembang.

Everything is okay. Suggestion: Provide a gazebo/roof in the coffee shop area so that when it rains, you can still relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The security guard at the front didn't even tell me where the reception was. It was dark and up high. The hot water for showers was small and not hot enough. It was the same as the hot water in the swimming pool. It was noisy. There was still karaoke in the restaurant until 10 p.m. The neighbors continued to complain, screaming and crying until 11 p.m. It only stopped after they called reception. The sink seemed clogged. The dirty water was slow to drain. The toilet made a noise after flushing, and the noise lasted for a long time. The Wi-Fi was slow. The food had a wide variety, but it ran out quickly and wasn't refilled.

Strategic location, close to Lembang Park & Zoo and Dusun Bambu. The air is so cool at night that the AC isn't needed at all. Heated swimming pool, affordable prices.
