A very disappointing stay. The first room I was given (at the end of 718, I can't remember for sure) felt forced and extremely dirty; the floor was dusty, and there were no towels at all. Even the room phone was placed on the floor because there was no bedside table. ​When I complained, the staff responded angrily instead of offering a professional solution. Only after I insisted was I allowed to move rooms.

Overall 5/10. The bathroom roof has a hole. Then when I first arrived, the toilet was dirty as if dust had fallen from above. The bathroom also lacked privacy, the door was very transparent, it was clear from the bed that someone was taking a shower, not just a shadow. When I first entered the room, the floor was wet because the AC was leaking. The sheets were very dirty with lots of stains. And there was no water bottle in the room? So far, in any hotel, I always get drinking water even though breakfast is not included, it was very strange not to get drinking water. Also, the telephone receiver was broken but only rubberized? There was a lot of hair on the edge of the shoe rack. Please maintain the cleanliness. If it's like this, people won't want to come back again.

The hotel is actually good but the room facilities are SO DAMN, from the curtains that have threads coming out, the kettle with a broken lid, the clothesline that doesn't have an iron, aka it can't be used, the TV that always loses the picture, the staff is not friendly, not very fast, and the view is of the city but below there is a lot of trash, so it spoils the view, pay more attention to the facilities, because it's useless for a good hotel if the facilities are inadequate, consumers will judge from there, whether they will return to that hotel or not, don't underestimate the matter of facilities, bro 😉

The receptionist needs to pay attention to incoming guests, because someone else beat me to it. The room is spacious, the TV has lots of channels because it uses MNC Play.

The place is worth the price, clean, comfortable, close to the mall, places to eat, and the staff are friendly.

Every time I stay at Sans Green Hotel, I encounter some problems or unpleasant things. The receptionist was unfriendly, asking for a 10-minute prayer time limit but wasn't given 30. The 6th-floor corridor smelled of cigarette smoke, which permeated our room. It was very disturbing and unpleasant, as we had requested a non-smoking room. Thank you for making this an unpleasant experience.
