Clean rooms and friendly service

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. A note to the parking staff, please be on standby to direct or find spaces for guests; don't just sit around and be inactive, especially when it's raining. Overall, the hotel room and amenities are good. Improve the service and cleanliness.

I happened to stay in room 324. Regular maintenance was needed. The window handle was loose. The left window cover also couldn't be moved. The availability of drinking water was great 👍🏻👍🏻. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with refillable water. Thank you for everything.

The room is bright. Nice ambiance for staying while you can still work in your room, and quite large.

I stayed at Hotel Cemerlang very satisfied. not disappointing. Only TV films should be improved more, so that there are many choices to watch good films.

9/10 value. all ok. there is a little input if possible don't be stingy with the tissue. on the room table there is no tissue provided. tissue is only in the toilet and even then the tissue is very small. drinking water dispenser if possible provide 2 units on 1 floor. only available on the right side while the left side is not there so you have to walk around to the right side to get water. the rest is all ok. will come back here next time.

Good location, close to culinary places, the price is okay. It's high season, I recommend it for those who want to try culinary.

Overall it was comfortable, but the first day the water wasn't hot, the second day it was already hot... The TV was really blurry haha, I felt like turning the antenna around like in the old days 🤣

For those who want to go to Bandung for a business trip and there are events in the Paskal 23 area and its surroundings. Hotel Cemerlang is suitable for temporary accommodation, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is delicious, the room is clean & big, the bathroom is okay with strong hot water, the location is strategic, close to the station, Paskal Hypersquare, etc., the car park is spacious.

Strategic location in the center of Bandung city

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, near to the city, and the breakfast variety is nice (we have either typical Western foods such as toast and cereal, Indonesian foods such as nasi goreng and mie goreng, bubur ayam, and Indomie). The room is clean and nice, the AC functioning well. The only minus is the Wi-Fi speed is slow during my stay back then. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

Advantages: Strategic location, many food stalls. Polite and friendly receptionists. Spacious and clean rooms. Disadvantages: There are no table tissues so you have to go back and forth to get tissues in the toilet. The breakfast menu is limited but the taste is quite good. The presence of green flies in the restaurant (I found 3) reduced the enjoyment and comfort of breakfast, when conveyed to the hotel staff the answer was "we are also confused even though 3 fly traps have been installed". I did see 3 traps and many flies that had been stung, but it is recommended that efforts be made to keep the restaurant fly-free.

No bottled water. Just a jug prefilled with water, which we cannot ascertain the cleanliness. The room is beside a dining hall and when the staff setting up the place in the morning, we can hear every sound, loudly. There is literally no soundproofing in the room.
