Breakfast food lacks flavor... Less variety... All mixed carbohydrates (rice, noodles, potatoes).

It's just that the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the signal there is weak.

The hotel felt peaceful upon first arrival, but upon entering the room, I was shocked by the poorly maintained bathroom, even though the price wasn't cheap, exceeding 1 million rupiah per night. The bathroom flooring could be replaced to make guests more comfortable. At breakfast, the menu wasn't varied, and we only got stale rice and noodles, even though that was the only main course. It's truly disrespectful to guests; stale food isn't fit for consumption in the morning. Perhaps people need breakfast, especially when the hotel is far from food stalls. This is the first time I've stayed here and had a stale breakfast, even though I've traveled around the country and abroad. It's truly unacceptable.

Upon arrival, the staff was quite helpful because after checking in I was asked to wait for another officer to accompany me, but after 5 minutes there was no one, finally the receptionist did. The atmosphere around the room was good, but unfortunately the bathtub was dirty. When filled there were insects and twig dirt. First after filling it halfway I drained it and then refilled it, but there was still more even after refilling the water 3 times it was still there, in the end I didn't use it. Breakfast in my opinion all the food was a bit sweet so I didn't enjoy it and also lacked variety. Maybe it could be input for the future because it is on the list of resorts if I go to Bandung again. Oh yes and also there are many pools, maybe they could pay more attention to the cleaning schedule because it looks less attractive if it is so dirty.

The place is comfortable, the air is fresh. In the mornings, the air is cool and chilly. The accommodation area is nice, though some areas could use some cleaning and maintenance.

Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere

The place is very comfortable, the area is spacious, there is a lot to explore here. The staff is friendly, the room is quite clean (note to the laundry staff, the blankets and sheets smell good but have lots of stains). There is a bathtub, hot water, complete toiletries. The Serenity room is close to a small river, making the atmosphere even more serene. If I go to Lembang again, I will probably stay here again.

Nice. The only downside is that it looks old and spooky, but it's clean and the hot water works well.

I booked 2 rooms and it was side by side. Unfortunately, one of the rooms smells terribly awful. I complained to the hotel and they gave us another room but not the same like what we've originally booked. The room is smaller and the ambiance is old, very different from what we booked.

I stayed here for two nights, January 5-7. Overall, it was comfortable and enjoyable. I took a room in Serenity 1, which had a direct view of the pool. The room was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but the temperature here was already cool, so I didn't really need it. The ambiance in the morning was excellent. A morning walk around and a look around revealed the green trees and cool air. Actually, there weren't many things I wasn't satisfied with, except that it would have been better if the Serenity 1 had a hairdryer and a smart TV. The Wi-Fi also needs improvement, as it often failed. The water heater in this Serenity 1 room was good, with hot water always available, except perhaps if there were a lot of people staying in the same room, when the hot water would be shared. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Hopefully, Imah Seniman can improve in the future. I will definitely return to Imah Seniman if I have the time and opportunity.

I booked a forest view suite but there were some problems with the room, but thank God I was immediately given the option to move rooms.

I was not satisfied during my staycation at Imah, because I got a dirty room, the bathtub didn't work, it was noisy because there was a wedding and I got to skip the staff going back and forth, I was disappointed in general.

The place is very cool, it's really nice to bring the family to stay here, I checked in late but the staff still served me friendly. There are lots of photo spots here.

On the day before I was going to check in. I forgot to ask to set up my honeymoon, they informed me that the request must be made at least two days before check-in & offered to make a Letter & Love Towel, I am very grateful especially to Deri (reception staff) who has helped, the check-in was fast & easy. Asked for an ID card as a guarantee because I didn't have cash at that time, but what I really regret is, as we know that in Lembang it is very cold, my husband and I planned to soak in the Bathtub, but when we filled the water, a few moments later the hot water ran out and I estimated that it would take about 1 hour for the hot water to be available again. So I couldn't enjoy it while there .. because the Bathtub is attractive, it's a shame. Also for the Wifi is very very bad, it doesn't even connect once !! Yes, I have chatted the reception and they said there will be a technician to refresh it, but until I checked out the wifi was really not connected at all, even though there were some of my work that required wifi. It's quite disappointing, but overall, it's good for this price. There are a lot of things that could be improved, especially the ones I mentioned above. Thank you.

So far so good... Comfortable and cool, but the WiFi didn't connect, probably because I took the Forest Suite, and the TV couldn't be used. The staff said a technician would come to fix it, but there was no technician until check out. Hehe But it's okay for me.

It was my second visit. My first visit was on honeymoon and it was worth it. Second visit not so great. For anyone who have babies, I recommend to choose other than forest view bcs there're probably bugs around. My baby got bug bite, he got rash on his leg and on his back. Sadly, i found it later. Also there are 3 bees come say hello to my room and sadly my husband got stung. Well thats not the hotel fault bcs the location surrounded by forest. Next time i'll choose another type of room so i wont have to experience the same thing

Yes... This place is really blended with nature, its give you a vibe that you are inside the forest.. Staff assistant is really friendly... Note :close the doors soon, before the insects get in..because we are in the forest
