6/12/2025 took a family room. 5 single beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended for a family staycation. 2-meter adult pool. The playground area near the pool is poorly maintained. Very beautiful, as the name suggests. The mosquitoes are fierce. The AC is not cold, helped by the cool natural air. The TV does not work properly. The good thing is that it can accommodate a large group and the parking lot is spacious

For the 2-bedroom villa: The room facilities are excellent. Even though the air is quite cold, each room still has air conditioning. Although it's useless at night. There are 5 beds in total, so it's perfect for a group of five. It's clean, with thick blankets, and a water heater that's always hot, so you don't have to wait long. The hotel staff is very friendly and quick to help. Early check-in is possible if there's free space, and the charge is very low. Breakfast is served directly to the room, not a buffet. The swimming pool isn't very big, but it's adequate. It's very deep, so it's a bit of a worry. Most importantly, it's not too far from legendary satay restaurants like Sate Mranggi Sari Asih and Sate Kambing Hanjawar. Overall, I really liked it. The air is very cool, and it's not too crowded, so it's not too noisy.

breakfast at alacatre. I thought it was a buffet. The menu was nasduk with dry rice. It was really disappointing that it was on the border of Cianjur. The famous rice is soft and we were given rice that had no taste. Other guests complained about the same thing.

the atmosphere is really cool, the view is great, mountains, fields and rice fields. The traffic jams are paid for by the cold atmosphere. I got the upper floor so if I walk slowly I'm afraid of disturbing the people below. everything is okay, it's just a shame there are no sandals and in the morning I didn't get hot water. God willing, I'll come here again with my family

the place is nice, but unfortunately the wifi number 3 can't be used, and the road is slippery, it's very dangerous to the point of slipping..

The staff was helpful when we had trouble finding TV programs. Just a suggestion to bring slippers inside.

Recommended for family vacations, especially since there are billiard facilities, even though you have to compete with others, but unfortunately the pool looks like it's not well maintained, the water looks green and not very clean. Please provide input 🙏.

No refrigerator, dirty room, smelly towels, please improve the cleanliness. For others it's ok.

I ordered a hotel via the app, it said that children were not charged an additional fee, but at breakfast the child was asked to pay IDR. 40,000,- while for the breakfast menu, there are not many choices, there are only white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, fried eggs and tempeh, sliced tomatoes and orientals, chicken porridge, toast, tea.

Hotel staff is rarely seen. The cleanliness of the room was not possible because we thought we were staying at the top which was ok so I asked for the bottom because I was bringing children aged 6, 5, 3 and 1 year. The food tastes ok even though the menu is small but full. Thank you, beautiful nature, overall it's ok.

This inn should be given a good review because it is really that good. The name of the inn must have pluses and minuses but this inn the minuses are covered by the pluses. The staff starting from the front office, housekeeping to security are all friendly. And thankfully can enjoy a vacation in a pleasant place, hopefully in the future it will be even better, more advanced and prosperous employees. Amen 💕🫶🙏

The hotel is really beautiful, but the swimming pool is too far from the room, otherwise it's great.

First time staying here, got a ground floor room which was very noisy because the floor was made of wood. Maybe it needs to be added to the accommodation req choosing the 1st or 2nd floor.
