I ordered a queen size Deluxe room, but when it arrived, they delivered it to a superior room, but the small rooms were combined into one.

The location is very strategic. It's just a short walk to Kayutangan. The rooms are quite comfortable and the service is good 👍

Friendly service, clean rooms, clean, fragrant towels, and other amenities. The location is strategic and aesthetically pleasing with a modern colonial style. Breakfast is quite comprehensive and delicious.

I've stayed here twice and it will still be my choice of accommodation when in Malang. It's close to the city center and souvenir shops. There's also a McDonald's and KFC in front of the hotel, so if you get bored with the hotel food in the middle of the night, you can walk a bit further and order some Mekdi.

Always a pleasure to stay at Riche

Despite its heritage design, this hotel still feels very comfortable and beautiful. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and treats guests like family. There's a cafe and bar available at very affordable prices, as well as a well-priced breakfast menu.

Everything was actually good, except the room was a bit cramped for around 250,000 Rupiah. The mattress made noise, and the AC wasn't cold enough even when turned down to maximum. Overall, it was good, thanks to its strategic location.

Overall, it's quite good for the price, the food is just so-so.

It was a very pleasant stay at Riche Heritage Malang

Very strategic location, close to everywhere. Friendly staff. Please be more punctual when checking in. They said 2 o'clock, but we only got to the room at 2:45. The room smelled a bit like mosquito repellent, not very fragrant. Sounds from outside could still be heard from inside.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful with whatever we need during our stay. Located in the city center so it's easy to get anywhere.

We were very satisfied with our vacation with our small family at Riche Hotel. The staff were all friendly, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. In short, Riche Hotel is always our first choice every vacation.

When we entered the room, the area around the bed was dusty. It was very uncomfortable. But the room was good enough for two people to live in.

Comfortable for the price... Homey atmosphere

The hotel staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. I was even able to store my luggage until my train arrived, with a five-hour gap between check-out and my return. The hotel lobby is also homey, making it a pleasant place to wait. Just a small suggestion: if you're booking a room, expect to hear live music until around 10 am. But if you get a room a little further away, it won't be too much of a bother. Just make sure to call the hotel well in advance to request a room further inside. The breakfast was okay: rice, bread, soup, cereal, and fruit. The taste is standard, but the variety is good.
