The hotel staff are all friendly, I really like staying here ❤️ It feels more comfortable because the older brothers are full of smiles and friendly 🫶🏻 Especially the security guard, he is friendly, full of smiles, and friendly too.

The hotel is quite nice, strategically located. The food tastes quite good. Only the room facilities need to be upgraded, such as hot water, at night it needs to be run for a while to get hot. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom. Please improve the facilities that are still lacking.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The smoking rooms are still okay, not too smelly. I booked three rooms. The 10th floor was fine, but the 7th floor had a toilet that could pool if there was water. There's a swimming pool in the building next door, and it's quite large. Overall, it's okay for the price.

The hotel staff is friendly. The standard room is okay, but it's quite comfortable to sleep in. The lights are really dim, please brighten them up. The AC is dripping. The food is really good, it tastes delicious and the menu changes every day. Great.

I've stayed at 101 Urban Thamrin many times. The impression is very pleasant. The receptionist and other staff are friendly. The security is still agile, friendly, and willing to help carry luggage to and from the car (both during check-in and check-out). This time, there was a surprise "welcome cake delivered to the room." Thank you.
