Arrived at 12:30 with the intention of leaving my luggage first, but it turned out I could check in straight away. All the staff were friendly, only the front desk officer was not very responsive in helping open the door even though there were mothers struggling with their children. The location is very strategic, right, left and across from many delicious places to eat. The room curtains are without voile curtains so if you want to raise the curtains in the morning it is not pleasant to see from outside, but if they are closed it makes it gloomy. The location is close to Ps. Turi station. Recommended

All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. There are plenty of delicious food options around the hotel. It's also close to Gubeng Station.

It was a great stay here, everything was top notch, a 3-star hotel but it felt like a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, tidy, and fragrant, the rooms were spacious, the service was top notch, the breakfast menu was delicious, and I will definitely stay here next time. You must include this hotel in your accommodation plan when you are in Surabaya.

Max One Tidar Surabaya has many nice spots to take many photos. Alas, I forgot to take a picture of the family room which we took. It's a very nice n comfort room and space. The room quie big. Enough for 5 persons in 1 room.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's very comfortable. If I go to Surabaya, I think I'll stay here again, I recommend it.

The location is close to BG Junction Mall and Tunjungan Plaza. There are plenty of dining options nearby, especially at night. The rooms are clean and tidy, with fast internet, a TV with plenty of channels, and a functioning water heater.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage because I arrived before check-in time, and when the room was ready, I just had to pick up the key. The room was also clean. The location is strategic, making it easy to get everywhere, as it's right in the city center.

The staff is friendly, check-in is easy and fast, and the receptionist is responsive. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety. Parking needs to be addressed. The more guests there are, the more vehicles there will be. Hopefully, it will improve.
