Overall it's good, the room is also spacious, the room is cleaned every day.

- For the price, the room is very comfortable, large, worth it, and clean. - The swimming pool is too small for that many rooms, but it's still fun. - There's no elevator, but the stairs aren't too high. - The environment, even though it's on the side of the road, isn't noisy. - A bit disappointed with the breakfast restaurant. There's very little stock, so many guests have to wait a long time for their food to be cooked, and there's not much variety. - The hotel staff are a bit unfriendly and seem racist towards us. They kept looking at us from the beginning until we checked out. I don't know what went wrong with us. Please improve the staff so guests will feel more comfortable returning there. Thank you.

Friendly, nice, nice and clean rooms

The room is very spacious, there are lots of beds, enough for 6 people, but the wifi is really bad, the AC is dead, and the main bathroom sink faucet suddenly died, we didn't report the water tap being dead, because it was already dead in the middle of the night & the next morning we had already checked out so we didn't have time to report it. Actually, the room is comfortable & clean, maybe the facilities can be improved & paid more attention to.

Nice hotel! Close to the main road, there's parking, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is there's no elevator, and I got a room on the 3rd floor yesterday. 😭😭😭

Every time my husband and I come to Bali, we always stay at M Suite Hotel. We have never been disappointed with their service. The staff are always exceptionally friendly, and we really love the strategic location. It’s close to everywhere and very easy to reach. It's good, but the maintenance is a bit lacking. The bathtub drain has a mossy buildup. The phone doesn't work either. But overall, it's good. When I complained about a phone issue, they responded immediately. The food is also delicious. Please improve the maintenance so that the next time I stay there, I won't be disappointed. Thank you for making this a great place to stay during your vacation. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

The room was great, but the hot water wasn't great. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for food, but they do offer a basic breakfast menu that's pretty good.

The hotel is okay, the service is also okay, it just doesn't have a restaurant, although in the morning there is a breakfast service which can be said to be mediocre. Overall it's really okay.

Spacious room for 2 people, close to shopping centres, daily chicken meals.

the location is like entering a housing complex so it's a bit far if you want to go anywhere. but the atmosphere of staying here is very comfortable, suitable for those who need peace. spacious room with bathtub. breakfast is minimalist but tastes good. but if you stay here, don't be surprised if you have to climb the stairs because they don't provide an elevator.
