Overall great stay. My daughter and her Mom love the stay, and that's more than enough for me. Few inputs: improve the bathroom cleanness especially tiles nearby the sitting toilet and more toilet tissues, please. Thank you 👍✨🏌️‍♂️

The rooms are clean, the service is good, the staff is friendly, and it's not far from Lembang. However, it's a shame that breakfast for children under 5 is charged in cash.

We arrived before UPI graduation day and it was very crowded, especially the parking lot, but the valet services were very quick in responding to guests' needs.

First time staying at the app. 1. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk for parking and vehicle entry and exit. The team is large, friendly, polite, and fast, no medicine. 2. Very responsive, when I had a problem in the toilet and it was resolved completely. 3. The breakfast has many choices and the price is really worth it. 4. Cleanliness is okay 3.5/5 5. The swimming pool is small and the deepest is 1.3 meters😂 & the playground needs revision. 6. Very easy access to Lembang and down to the city. Left Jabbarano cafe, right Starbucks. Perfect. 7. The lobby is very spacious, the look looks elegant. Overall 4.5/5 (perfection belongs to the Almighty)😂 Recommended hotel 🫰

A recommended hotel. I stayed here while taking my child to the UTBK (National Exam) because it's located right in front of UPI. The service is very friendly, the room is spacious, and the food is delicious, perfect for my taste, whether it's delivered to my room or for breakfast. My absolute favorite is the Thai salad chicken; it's affordable and addictive. Next time I go to Bandung in the Setiabudi area, I'll definitely stay here again.

Fast check-in and checkout process + Cleanliness is maintained starting from the parking area, front office, elevator, restaurant, bedroom, bathroom and swimming pool + Taste good food, for children aged 5 years there is no additional charge + Comfortable mattress, clean sheets even to the bottom of the bed because I accidentally checked when there was a child's item fell .. and clean + Security guards who also serve as parking are more than 1 person so they can take turns guarding the maximum + The lobby area is cool, spacious, Instagrammable .. good job Minus: - Parking space is a bit less because I saw many guests staying there, it seems like the parking area is not bigger - Breakfast variations can be more varied, for example for children provided cotton candy, it looks trivial but it is definitely impressive and children like it - It is okay if you want more promotions especially during school holidays Always success Travello hotel, increasingly caring about employees and guests
