Disadvantages: 1. Hot water only turns on for a short time, if you take a long shower the hot water turns off, 2. The bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, it can only be locked from the inside, 3. The wifi signal does not reach the room, 4. We brought a 4 year old child but got a hotel room on the 4th floor, coincidentally the hotel does not have an elevator, if guests bring toddlers, give them a room downstairs, it's a shame to bring toddlers while carrying stuff to the room, it feels tiring, advantages: 1. This is the hotel I've been looking for, I've been to Bukittinggi many times and just found this hotel. Great, next time I go to Bukittinggi I'll stay here again. The lack of cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the towels that are already dull
