The service is very bad, the room has a balcony but the door can't be opened, it's locked and the staff said the rules are not like that. Security is busy playing with their cellphones when the motorbike comes out, they ignore it, they don't help. I don't recommend staying there, I'll be sorry to stay there again. Early check-in costs half the price per night. Dirty sheets with oil or stains have to be replaced and charged the new price. Fuck the hotel, they have to ask for a deposit to check in. This is the first time I've found a hotel like this

The staff was friendly. The building's structure was uneven, so the floor was sloping near the windows and bathroom. The air conditioning wasn't cold, and mosquitoes were present at night.

The staff is nice and safe. But I think the facilities are a bit lacking. The facilities are complete, but the shower is rusty and shabby. The room is also very small and can't be used for prayer. The window can't be closed completely. The facilities are complete, but I don't think it's comfortable. The lighting is also dark. Maybe it needs to be improved.

For the room: AC is ok, hot water is ok, clean and comfortable. Easy to find food, near supermarket. Got a room on the 3rd floor, hotel wifi is slow. But it's ok, the important thing is you can sleep soundly.
