The more comfortable atmosphere made me nostalgic for seven years ago, when the hotel was called GGi. The atmosphere is still the same, comfortable, and peaceful, and the service is very satisfying.

Very good. When there were any issues, all the staff worked quickly and provided comfort, so even a long wait was not a problem. Thank you Aglow Hotel. Next time I go to Batam again, I will definitely stay here.

The first time I entered the room there was a big dead fly on the floor, at night there were still big flies flying around. Please maintain cleanliness, because flies are very annoying.

The 6th floor is closed to the general public. You can only go up to the 5th floor. Overall, everything is okay. There are just too many outside guests walking around the 6th floor.

The room is nice, and quite clean, but the blower or fan in the bathroom is very noisy. Muntan not all rooms like that but at that time I stayed in room 522 or 521 noisy blowers.
