The view of the location is really good

The WiFi connection needs to be improved. It often disconnects and is slow. The remote is also available. The AC remote has run out of batteries, so I have to replace it with a TV remote.

When checking in, we got a super problematic room, not recommended for a 4 star hotel, the room had no telephone so every time there was a problem we had to go down to the lobby, the first problem was the curtains were difficult to close, the second was the TV remote didn't work, the third was the toilet flush wasn't working properly, so we had to go back and forth down to the lobby to report the problem, we wanted to move rooms but they said they were full but the staff were quite good at responding to the problem, but if we go to Batu, I don't think we'll stay at this hotel again.

The staff is friendly, I arrived half an hour before the scheduled time because it was about to rain but it turned out I was allowed to go straight in, the room is spacious, there is a balcony, the front of the hotel is busy at night, easy to get to JT 1 & the Angkut Museum, the town square is also close.. there is a jacuzzi, a large swimming pool, we happened to be in the front building which is not very high, but very comfortable...

A very pleasant hotel, especially if you're traveling with family. Relaxing facilities are available. From the rooftop cafe, you can see the beauty of Batu City. The cool air makes you forget about life's problems for a moment. You have to try it yourself.

Malang feels like Bali. The hotel's atmosphere was perfect and comfortable for us. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. The restaurant in the hotel was quite tasty and affordable, so we could stay there if we just wanted to relax. Perhaps the only thing that needs more attention is the cleanliness of the pool area. It had rained the day before, so the water might have been a bit less clean. Overall, it was very impressive. ☺️

There is no bottled water in the room, but a water dispenser is provided outside the room, there are sandals but you can't take them home🤭🙈 I thought there was no water, it was okay, seeing the sandals were nice, I wanted to take them home, but there was a sign that said not to take them home, so rather than taking it, it's not our right, so that's it.. The room is quite clean, the staff is friendly, but it's a bit noisy because in front of Bukit Bintang there is live music until 2 am.. the first day it was noisy because it was downstairs but the second day I moved to a room on the upper floor so it wasn't noisy, well it's also because it's more expensive.. the minus.. the swimming pool is my goodness, it's really dirty.. mossy and lots of sand.. it looks like it's not cleaned regularly, as a result I didn't give my child permission to swim.. this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel but didn't swim.. for breakfast the price is 108,000, it looks mediocre and lacks variety, the taste is bland.. and it's already cold.. compared to other hotels with the same price or even cheaper.. it needs to be upgraded..

I've stayed here several times, but I was very disappointed the last time I stayed, in the afternoon I wanted to swim but the jacuzzi was off, in the afternoon after breakfast I wanted to swim but the jacuzzi was off again. What time was it supposed to be turned on anyway? Then breakfast was served cold, the plates were dirty, I had already told the waiter that there were a lot of dirty plates but he told me to get another plate. Furthermore, the food variety was very limited, no sausages or porridge, for the price of almost a million but very disappointing.
