The atmosphere is comfortable, the building is very aesthetic. If I go to Solo, I'll stay here again. However, I have a suggestion regarding the Wi-Fi, which isn't very strong, so I had some issues while staying there yesterday.

Stayed at this hotel during the Solo Haul event. I was pleased with the comfort, cleanliness, affordability, and strategic location. The staff were all very friendly, helping me carry my belongings to my room and immediately providing me with a warm tea welcome drink. Recommended for anyone looking to stay in Solo.

Always stay in here because it is very homey and comfy, feels like at own home.

The hotel has Dutch architectural style, is very comfortable inside, the service is friendly, and the room amenities are very complete. A small suggestion: For guests staying more than one night, it's best to confirm the cleaning request before having the room cleaned. I suspect not all guests are willing to do so, and there's also a privacy factor involved. Thank you, and good luck.

Pros: Location close to the main road, friendly service, comfortable room and hotel ambiance, good hot water, affordable price. The gate usually closes at 9 or 10 pm, but yesterday it was still open, and a guard was on standby. Cons: The room was a bit close to the road, so noise wasn't as quiet (even though the other rooms were empty). When we arrived, the bedsheets weren't made properly (I'm not sure if they had been cleaned or changed). There were mosquitoes in the room (I only noticed them in the morning). Perhaps they could provide some mosquito repellent. The AC needs improvement (it wasn't cold enough). Anw, I'm a regular stay here, but I'll definitely return in the future. Hopefully, the quality can continue to improve. 💙

From the outside I thought it looked dull and spooky, but once I entered, it was aesthetic and had lots of cool photo spots with a Javanese theme. So it was perfect to stay overnight because there was another wedding invitation wearing kebaya so I took pictures there with my husband to reminisce about our pre-wedding 😍. The room is also very Javanese, I like it.

Overall good, just wifi problems. Wifi is not reachable if you are in the room.

A privilege to stay in this beautiful heritage house. It was like walking back into Javanese history. The architecture is stunning. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the owners for opening the home to us.

A classic historic hotel, unfortunately it is poorly maintained and not very clean. Even though the hotel is very artistic and full of culture.

The hotel and its staff make you feel at home, reminding you of the old soap opera LOSMEN. Moreover, Mr. Sugi is exactly like Mr. Atmo who is friendly and proactive. Although it has an old-fashioned concept, the furniture & room facilities are quite modern, especially the super fast wifi.

Beautiful property with old Javanese style decoration. Room and bed was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Javanese music they're playing adds a nice ambiance but maybe a little loud. It would be nicer to hear it as background. The property is on a busy road so the public area can be noisy.

Rumah yang bagus, klasik, bersih. Kamar bersih, rapi, nyaman. AC dingin, air lancar, air hangat joss. Servis memuaskan. Dapet welcome drink kopi/teh panas (kopinya mantab). Sangat nyaman dan kerasan di sini, bagai pulang ke rumah nenek. Rumah jadul tapi sama sekali tidak seram dan tidak suram. Highly recommended.
