Although it is an old hotel, the service is quite responsive and friendly. The room facilities are quite complete. Cleanliness is quite well maintained. Access to the location is also quite easy and there is a fairly large parking area. There are several things I regret and hope will be improved in the future: 1. Rejuvenate the equipment in the bathroom, especially the shower. 2. Replace the room key from manual to automatic using a card. 3. Enforcement of room rules regarding cleanliness must be stricter, because due to lack of supervision and action, rooms that should be non-smoking actually smell strongly of cigarettes due to customers who violate the rules of cleanliness in non-smoking rooms. 4. Rejuvenate the room lighting system to illuminate the room more effectively and be calming for resting. 5. Rejuvenate the interior appearance of the hotel to make it more modern and attractive.
