The service staff is friendly, clean, the AC is cold, and the pool is cool. However, yesterday I requested a room upstairs, but it didn't happen even though I checked in early and had to wait a long time, even though others had already checked in. The reason was because I requested mirror art, so it wasn't finished yet, and when I arrived, there was no mirror art. So I was confused about what to wait for. The front door light looked like it was about to fall off because the glue was coming off. The balcony light was dim. I couldn't tap my card for a while, as it turned out the battery was dead, so I had to inform the technician. But overall, the view was amazing. The breakfast was complete and plentiful. The pearl porridge was the best I've ever had. The highlight is dim sum, and sushi, so it's guaranteed to be delicious because of the wide variety of menu items.

The location can be reached via alternative routes or the Puncak highway. The service is excellent. When my villa had a leaking AC and a broken hair dryer, the complaints were quickly addressed. So far, so good. Next time I have the chance, I'd like to stay at least two nights. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful.

The service is really messed up, my kids and I went to the playground from the villa late, it was hot. I was disappointed that I called an hour ago to ask for a buggy car and it wasn't picked up. Enough and no more, thanks

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is comfortable, cool, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly. It's our choice if we go to Puncak again. The location is close to Taman Safari, and if you buy Taman Safari tickets here, you get a 10% discount. We're really satisfied ☺☺☺☺

Overall, my stay was great! The staff were friendly, and the surroundings were top-notch. I would love to go back again if I have the opportunity. The only downside for me personally was the food. Unfortunately, the hummus I ordered through in-room dining was spoiled. During breakfast, the corner with condiments (or specific items) was empty, and staff only refilled it after guests mentioned it, even though it was just 8:30 a.m. I hope there will be improvements in this area, as everything else was truly enjoyable.

We've been wanting to stay at a hotel for the past 4 years, and we finally made it :') The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food is delicious ⭐️5, the facilities are complete and kids-friendly, the rooms are clean but lacking a bit of fragrance, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained. Even 2 days here is still not enough :)))
