Previously stayed on deluxe room and was pleased. This time we upgraded to Suite and it was quite a disappointment. - Deco was too outdated. wallpaper peeling off and discolored...etc - aircon and toilet ventilation was too noisy. - no iron and iron board provided in room. (was told by reception we could get the laundry dept to iron for us for a fee. well, that was another nightmare which they managed to resolve in timely manner.) - no netflix ???!!!!

Even though I only stayed one night, my experience at Regent's Park Hotel was truly enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything felt easy and safe. I booked a superior room with a large bed, overlooking the highway and the mountains surrounding Malang. The room was clean, the AC was cool, the Wi-Fi was fast, and most importantly, the hot water in the bathroom worked optimally. The breakfast menu was also quite varied and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for those of you planning a vacation in Malang. The location is right on the highway, close to the hospital, and across the street, slightly further down Jalan Hasanudin, there is an Instagrammable cafe that is open 24 hours.
