Naikin harganya untuk nambahin perlengkapan kamar mandi menurutku aman-aman aja sih, atau mungkin kasih opsi khusus untuk tamu yang mau ada perlengkapan kamar mandi yang lengkap dengan biaya tambahan, lalu untuk tamu yang baru pertama kali datang, sebaiknya dijelaskan sistem hotel gimana, kayak gimana cara pesan makanan atau tempat makan hotelnya di mana, langsung kasih password wi-fi nya apa, menurut saya hal-hal kecil kayak gitu akan sangat membantu tamu dan terakhir bantalnya terlalu tinggi dan tidak empuk, leher bisa sakit.
