I have booked & fully paid for a 2 night stay and put a note that it will be a late check in at 8pm on 14th of March, but when I got there, no staff is around ! after waiting for almost 2hours and calling the numbers that they put on the listed contact number, nothing happened. those phone numbers thar listed belongs to former staff that has already quit! I have also tried to look around the neighborhood to find the lady who is the housekeeper as per the other guest suggestion, but got no result! finally I decided to just spent the 1St night at the other nearest accommodation (Bali Kaloka). the next day, I came back to this villa and met the housekeeper & explained the situation, in which she replied; that she doesn't know about any info about my booking, and therefore it's not her fault. no apology, no compensation, nothing!! 😅 I stayed here on the 2nd nite considering the money that I have already spent in paying the booking. I just don't have any energy left to complain about the dirty room, the cobwebs , the mosquitoes , the broken shower etc. Needless to say, I definitely would never choose this accommodation again!!!
