We canceled and the process was very complicated, the restriction was because the bath water at the inn could not be used, the response from the inn property was slow.

Saya masuk tempat kotor. Saya tanya petugas ini kolam renang ya gak dibersihkan? Katanya malah gak. Lalu jawab alatnya di belakang kalau mau bersihkan. Kamar kotor kok gak disapu. Mau diambilkan sapu. Air gak nyala katanya gak tau.

The worst experience ever!!! You guys never ever to even wish to stay in this place. The staff is very rude. I have been traveling to 11 different countries in 3 different continent this last 3 years but I have never met someone rude like this. It started when I wanted to take shower for my kids, and I founded the water heater are not work. Then my husband ask the staff to see what the problem. After that, the staff came in when even I still not put on my clothes. That's his first mistake, while he just came into our room without confirmation of our permission. And he was very drunk as we founded the strong smell of alcohol from him. Then after he checked the water heater, he said that it's broken and with very bad attitude he tell us to just check out from the villa without shower. Even though it was still not the time of check out. I completely emotion and tell him to talk nicely to us as we are a guest there and we pay for everything, we are not stay in his home to be rude like that. My husband tell him to talk nicely as well but he just continue with fool language and telling us to not complain anything. The staff also threatened my husband by saying that my husband just foreigner and saying that local are powerful and can do anything. The point is, never ever come to this place.

I have booked & fully paid for a 2 night stay and put a note that it will be a late check in at 8pm on 14th of March, but when I got there, no staff is around ! after waiting for almost 2hours and calling the numbers that they put on the listed contact number, nothing happened. those phone numbers thar listed belongs to former staff that has already quit! I have also tried to look around the neighborhood to find the lady who is the housekeeper as per the other guest suggestion, but got no result! finally I decided to just spent the 1St night at the other nearest accommodation (Bali Kaloka). the next day, I came back to this villa and met the housekeeper & explained the situation, in which she replied; that she doesn't know about any info about my booking, and therefore it's not her fault. no apology, no compensation, nothing!! 😅 I stayed here on the 2nd nite considering the money that I have already spent in paying the booking. I just don't have any energy left to complain about the dirty room, the cobwebs , the mosquitoes , the broken shower etc. Needless to say, I definitely would never choose this accommodation again!!!

Very comfortable, we and a large family are very satisfied, the employees are very friendly, the building is new and very well maintained, Anyway if I go to Bali I will stay here.
