This was my second visit. The first time was with family. I booked directly on site. The check-in process was long, so I immediately moved on to another hotel. I tried again yesterday.
It's a fairly old hotel. The bed is noisy, the central AC is noisy, and there are no power outlets near the bed like usual. If I want to charge my phone, I have to unplug one of the lights, and the TV is still an old-fashioned model. Other hotels have smart TVs. The breakfast menu is completely unbecoming of a 4-star hotel. For the same rate, there are better hotels in the neighborhood.
Uniquely, they provide a Quran and a Bible in the desk drawer.
Another plus is the quality hotel slippers.
