Good experience for short stay

The room is cozy and spacious, the view is nice, and the breakfast is delicate. It's worth the price. Will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Purwokerto.

At 5 a.m. this morning, I wanted to borrow an iron and was told I would be in touch soon. But there was no response. Maybe the maid was still asleep?

The best hotel in Purwokerto, with completed facilities and good vibes especially in the building area, not in the bungalow area. If you need privacy, you can choose deluxe with a garden view; those areas are in the back of the main building. Otherwise, you will stay in the new building area.

The room is comfortable, the AC is very cold, even when the window is opened, the air is cool with a view of Mount Slamet and the swimming pool. First time seumur² nginep di hotel bintang 4, bisa²nya mati listrik sampe 4x. Coolbar rusak. Water heaternya lama sekali utk berubah suhunya. Kamar tidak kedap. Request saya sbg tamu tak ada 1 pun yg dipenuhi & tdk ada konfirmasi. WiFinya lemot. Hotel tua & usang, sepertinya memang sdh waktunya di pugar besar²an. Kelebihannya, pelayanan baik, sarapan cukup enak & variatif, bangunannya megah dari luar.

At breakfast : bread like stone !!! really stone ! Fried eggs cold because stocked under "warmed lamps" but OFF !!! when i tell to the staff and asked new one fresh .... staf was laughing and lamps stay OFF !!!

The lobby is quite spacious, with a bar on the larger fifth floor and a restaurant on the same floor. Rooms on the second floor have windows overlooking the garden and the front parking lot. Two elevators provide access between floors. The restaurant menu is quite extensive, offering both Indonesian and European styles.

Everything is comfortable, the breakfast menu is delicious.

Good, but slow service

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Purwokerto. Everything is excellent: the staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, the cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is varied, and I even tried the Happy Brunch Buffet with my family. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Purwokerto, with everything it has to offer. Upon check-out, they asked for my impressions and suggestions for improvement, and of course, I hope everything can be maintained. Thank you.
