The room is comfortable, large, and clean, there is no dust smell on the floor during prayer, the hot water is consistent, the room view is cool, the swimming pool is cool, there are also several facilities such as a gym and playground for children.

The hotel feels old and may be a bit unclean, but given the low price, this is acceptable. However, the pool is adjacent to the ocean, making for excellent photo opportunities. The Premier Rooms offer a great view. The food at the first-floor restaurant is particularly delicious.

For those of you planning a vacation or business trip to Tanjung Pandan, please stay at the BW Suite Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the swimming pool is absolutely amazing. The pool views directly over the ocean. Highly recommended.

overall everything is satisfying, it's just that the breakfast menu choices are lacking and some of the menus taste too sweet. next time I go to Belitung I will still stay here because the view is crazy cool. the staff is also very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, perfect to watch the sunset. Very close to the beach and you can enjoy the view from the pool. The room and food were okay, but still worth the price.

I have stayed here many times when I go to Belitung, everything is ok and this is just a suggestion for access to the beach, if possible, make the road more proper, apart from that I am satisfied
