The hotel service is very satisfying.

I take two bedroom villas with friends and partners. Overall stay is quite good. Facility of the villa is nice and adequate. The choice of building materials is very good, the swimming pool is large and seems to be designed and carved very well so that there are no leaves scattered in the pool and also excessive levels of chlorine. Pest control is also very good because we did not find any interference from insects.

My family and I stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, the place was beautiful, there was a pool, private as we wanted. The breakfast experience in the living room is fast and really good, service is satisfying. My only input, at dawn Sunday there is a guest next to our villa which looks like a party because there is a loud music around 2 am. Luckily, in my room nothing was heard, but in my sister's room (and she had a baby) that was closer to the neighbor could be heard and that was a strange experience for us. Maybe so on can be input for party restrictions at curfew, considering this is marketed as a family villa and does not rule out the possibility of a baby among guests. But other than that, overall is very pleasant. Recommended.

At the receptionist we were a bit disappointed by the 'worries' officer because we came with family and ask all of ID consists, yes that was treat for kinda local in most of villas in bali. after all, the rest was happiness.. recommended if you want a staycation with your family.

Best villa in Bali that I've ever stayed so far! Make us so comfortable and homey! Love the pool, 3 separate bedrooms, cleanliness, breakfast is amazing and their service is just lovely! Will come back here again for sure!
