The staff was friendly, I got an early check-in, but unfortunately there is no direct beach access, it's a bit far if you want to go to the beach (because we didn't bring our own vehicle). The food was delicious, overall it was good in the afternoon, there is a cafe where you can watch the sunset.

I've asked for the hot shower to be fixed from check-in to check-out (3 nights), but it still hasn't been fixed.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the villa was clean, but unfortunately there was no toilet downstairs. It was very inconvenient, every time I wanted to go to the toilet, and when I took a shower, the water from the shower was very small 😑

This is my second time staying here... well.. it's comfortable, and okay, just ask for help, the menu at the sunrise resto can be more varied, there are many but 50% are all sold out, even though we just arrived after Maghrib, eh, many have finished. 1 more thing, please replace the reception door with glass (so you know there is a reception) because it looks like they are not receiving guests or what, because the door model is full of wood and is always closed, finally we entered from the restaurant to check whether the reception is open or not to check in.

we booked Baduy Condo for 1 night but suddenly when we got there we were given a "free upgrade" by the front office to the Krakatau Beach View villa.. it turned out that the condition was not better than what we booked at Baduy Condo. Lots of mosquitoes, some of the furniture facilities were rotten, the bathroom door was also broken, the shower was leaking water. I was fed up just saying yes when given a "free upgrade" but it turned out to be a downgrade

Very disappointing. The bathroom smells of urine, the floor is sticky, the food is not tasty especially the fried rice. The price does not match the taste. Very sweet, and the Javanese spices are random. Like someone who is not used to cooking. It turns out that the beach is not suitable for swimming so we bathe in the pool and rent a float for 50 thousand and no towels are provided.
