Toilet so stinkyy and smell bad! Room wasn't comfy at all because stinks from toilet.

The hotel atmosphere is quite quiet, the room conditions are not well maintained, the sheets are not washed with bleach so they still have a dull color so they look less neat. The toilet and bathroom are separate, but the toilet has no floor divider so water can enter the room and there are also small cockroaches on the floor. For a 2-star hotel with a price like this, it still feels expensive, if it carries the Ibis name, the room conditions should be better so that it is worth it with the price being sold. For food, I ordered fried rice, the price is standard, but the taste is very good and fits the tongue, for food I am quite satisfied with the taste and price. Hopefully room service can be improved and enhanced.

The cleanliness of the toilets and rooms should be further improved.

The staff was friendly but when we arrived there was nothing there.

Wow, there are so many small cockroaches. Just checking out at night didn't stay overnight. Conveyed it to the night receptionist and didn't say I'm sorry.

I once had a room that looked a bit less clean but so far so good.

Booked this hotel for office staff. And I got complained. They said the room was terrible. Dirty. Uncomfortable. There 's mouse because some thing bite their food and toorhbrush. Hotel should improve A lot.

Staying overnight here was quite impressive minus not being able to get a toothbrush.

The floring of the room and toilet is lower than the room space. As a result, water from the toilet flows into the room.

The hotel is cheap, quite comfortable, close to Indosiar, but sometimes the room door is blocked. Service is slow when you want to borrow sarong+sajadah

The room was clean, the AC was also cold, it just felt a bit damp. Tissue in the room is limited and there is no bath soap.

Woken up at nearly 2 AM cause heard rustling from the packging of the food I purchased next to my bed. Saw a silhouette of something quite black going back to the drainage pipe beneath the sink. I turned on all the lights and saw multiple cockroaches roaming about. Killed some and collected my food package and placed it out the door to prevent any critters from getting to it again. Checked the drainage pipe of the sink and saw there's space between the wall and drainage pipe as the cover was lose, concerned what critter came out of it. Slept the rest of the night with all lights on and with one eye open as fear the little critters would crawl on to me. Had multiple insects flying around in the bathroom. And had to take a super fast shower as there was a cockroach roaming around the shower door. The shower head was rusty, cobwebs in corners and the area behind the TV was super dirty too. Good thing I brought my own bottled water, didn't want to touch the glass nor the water jug. The carpet along the hallway towards the elevator was also very dirty. Such a pity the hotel was left to deteriorate like this.

Not worth it. The room was dirty.

Cleanliness is lacking, the gallon of drinking water was left empty from the time I arrived until I left, the walls need to be repainted. There are many hotels of the same level that are much better than this.
