The hotel is an old building, and it's located near a cliff. I think it's a bit spooky because it's so quiet.

Ordered deluxe, then given a FREE upgrade to junior suite. Cool. Service that not all hotels can provide ❤️ btw thank you.. we are on our honeymoon and given decoration.. Very happy, spacious room, quite okay facilities. Very friendly price. Just a little input, for the room it's too dim.. and TV channels can probably be upgraded to IPTV gateway. For the breakfast restaurant, the menu could be more varied and input, for the pastry place my suggestion is to provide a bread box to avoid flying flies. For the food overall it's okay, can't say it's very delicious, just enough. But for drinks like pineapple and orange it's really worth it thanks!!!

Really comfy to stay here. Got free upgrade to deluxe room and the room is so big with the chilling balcony. Overall, it was the best experience 👍

Overall it's really good, until my room was upgraded, but it's just that my room had trouble with the AC (initially the AC remote, then after it was fixed the AC was really hot and stuffy), the cleaning service didn't wash the glass I used yesterday, but I can still understand it.. Maybe it needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness, such as the wet hotel towel kimono being lifted, then I found dirty cotton buds that hadn't been thrown away from the beginning until I checked out.. If the AC is cold, this hotel is really good..

PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO STAY HERE, everything is dusty as if it is not taken care of / cleaned, and there is a very HORROR disturbance, then Remarks are not read, AC is not cold, Bath water is not hot, water color is cloudy, entrance area is pitch black there is no light at all. BE CAREFUL, the place is not according to the picture

Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, suitable for family vacations.

Check in is very easy. The staff also immediately helped carry the luggage. We ordered 2 rooms and had been prepared connecting rooms with connecting doors. Each room has a bath up. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good and friendly service. Wifi is easy to connect and smooth. Spacious parking. The surrounding location is not congested. Close to Samasta Jimbaran for food and shopping.

It's actually big but it looks like it's not well maintained, there's a lot of dust around, and almost in every corner. It's very quiet so it's a bit uncomfortable there. It seems like the impact of the pandemic. Hopefully it can return to its glory.
