The hotel is located in the city center, in the heart of Pontianak's culinary scene, Gajah Mada. It's close to everything, and there are plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

Actually, the place is really close to my grandparents' home, but it's a shame that there is no peace at all, plus there are many people who are always noisy without knowing the time, especially in the parking area which should be a safe place for hotel guests, making conditions uncomfortable when there are young people who don't know where to hang out in that area. Please condition the hotel and make it more exclusive.

Not pleasant, when staying, right next to the hotel there was a project being worked on, so it was already noisy at 6 in the morning, the management should have warned them, so as not to disturb the guests who were still sleeping and also the room had lots of mosquitoes, and the lights were too dim.

This hotel is in a good location, easy to find culinary, but the cleanliness of the room is very lacking and when you enter there is a musty smell, lots of small cockroaches, the sheets are stained and the towels provided are quite old, the bathroom is also not very clean but the hot water is good, smooth. The AC is also not cold enough, it takes a long time to feel it.
