we stay 1 night, staffs are friendly and responsive for any request. location close to kampung ujung (seafood u must try while visiting bajo). close to dock marina, shop, cafe's, malls and food area around 100-200m walk,the downside is that no lift,so you have to use stairs. but they also have rooms in on 1st floor.. have a gud holidays gaes

Lokasi hotelnya strategis banget, mau cari makan gampang si deket situ ada banyak jualan seafood kalo malem, pelayanan hotelnya ramah, baik, buat kamarnya cukup luas ada teras di tiap depan kamar gitu, mantap pokoknya.

Puas menginap di sini untuk 1 hari sebelum transfer ke Bali. Sayang wifinya tidak berfungsi di kamar kami. Ada gedung baru dan ada bangunan lama. Kami tinggal di bangunan lama. Oke dan bersih.

Was OK and clean for the age of the building. However the stairs to our room was not great with out luggage ' s. Overall was OK.

Clean rooms, pretty good breakfast, strategic location. Only the room is a bit cramped and the water shower is small.

Friendly waiters, providing motorbike rental and airport transfers, but unfortunately there is no swimming pool. The upstairs restaurant isn't finished yet. Wifi is slow. Breakfast is standard fried rice, fried noodles (buffet).

Room price is 700 thousand, there is no TV in the application. The breakfast menu is very simple. Officers who are local residents are very friendly but those who are not local are often rude. There is no drinking water in the room, you have to take it at the restaurant. We got a room on the 3rd floor, quite tired to take drinking water. Room cleanliness is quite good. Not recommended to stay here again.

Simple basic room located near to everything in Labuan Bajo. Decent sized room with AC and bathroom with hot water. Decent bed and bedding. Had a connecting door and noise can be heard from the room. Nearby Seaesta had live music nights till 11pm, so be aware!

Hotel 's staff very friendly and helpful, but I have to switch room because the room was smelly and have the problem with the shower. Also the breakfast was late so we have to wait for a while.

Convenient and strategic place. Close to all. Ports, airports, as well as other areas in Labuan Bajo. The staff is friendly too.

Clean and big rooms, clean bathrooms, atmosphere like in Bali because the owner is Balinese. the staff are friendly. Very strategic location close to the culinary center at the port. Not too noisy because the location is on the road. The only drawback is that there is no swimming pool and cafe on the rooftop to see the sunset in the afternoon. For breakfast food, I'm sorry, the fried noodles are too salty, the rest is okay.

Clean and well-maintained hotel. Spacious rooms, friendly and family service. to the airport nearer, to the harbor even closer. If you want to go on a sea trip, just walk, close to the mosque, church (next door), pharmacy chemistry pharmacy, Starbucks, and motorbike rental. If you go to Labuan Bajo, you will most likely stay here again.

Located in strategic location, 5 min walks to Starbucks and kampung ujung. Hotel ok for short time. Need more variety of foods for breakfast. Nice view from roof top breakfast restaurant.
