It was very uncomfortable when we knocked at 11.23 and only wanted to ask for check out at 12.00, we already understood that we had to check out at 12.00... the officer was not very friendly

The bathroom was fairly clean, but the cobwebs hadn't been cleaned during my two-week stay. The menu wasn't varied; it was always chicken for two weeks. It's a large hotel, but not many people stay there, so it feels quiet. It's close to supermarkets and restaurants. The rates are competitive with nearby homestays.

With an economical price but quite good and decent, clean too and close to everywhere when you have to work.

The location is strategic, the atmosphere is calm, it is nice to rest with family, the service is friendly & good, the location is also strategically close to the city center and food sales center.

Okay, great, the swimming pool is spacious and clean.

It was perhaps a nice mid range hotel in a convenient central location in its day. Now it's been left to fall apart. Eerie, old, and dirty. Stayed here because my flight was cancelled. Not recommended. Sheets stained even when clean ones requested Bathroom full of mould and hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks Internet patchy to non existent Fridge unplugged and full of mould Air conditioner not cold Lights in room broken Smoking in public spaces on each level Service not helpful either - asked for two access swipe cards for the room as staying here as a couple and was refused. That's never happened before. Concierge was perplexed when asked to arrange an airport transfer. With a bit of cleaning and better service this could be a nice and convenient hotel.

Lack of hot water facilities, if you have a baby it is difficult to make milk in the middle of the night
