The staff was very friendly and informative. All of our requests are fulfilled and we got upgraded to suite room. The room was spacious and clean. The surroundings are nice and there are some coffee shops, also convenience store nearby. A very good place to stay if you like to explore the neighborhood by walking

Breakfast a la carte because only 1 room uses Bfast; welcome drink: delicious hot spicy ginger drink; the vibes are really Balinese; Get a free car wash; room 301 has a view of the car park, the room is very spacious; next to the hotel sells delicious Bengawan taichan satay. The bellboy is very responsive and very helpful.

The staff is friendly and very helpful for us who checked in late. When we arrived it was already night and the room was ready. The Wi-Fi is fast. The hotel is not big but the sound from outside cannot be heard in the room. Unfortunately there is no lift so if you bring a large suitcase it is a bit complicated.
