Honestly, I didn't expect it to be so clean. The price is also recommended for backpackers or those in transit after a tiring trip. The only downside was that there were no toothbrushes. I don't know if they forgot or they weren't available. Overall, it's recommended.

No toiletries such as soap and toothbrushes are provided, no drinking water is provided even though there is always drinking water in every accommodation.

This is my umpteenth stay at this hotel. Besides the clean room, the service is very friendly, and the facilities are 4-star. I really hope to stay here again. I would be most happy if I could stay in the end room with the window and the best view. Thank you.

It was really noisy in the middle of the night, with people talking incoherently outside the room. There was probably 30 minutes of shouting going on. The staff was responsive. It's surprising I couldn't sleep.

When we got there it was already midnight, there was only a security guard guarding the reception, he said he was sleeping, no one knew where he was sleeping, the security guard didn't pick up the phone, his body was tired from waiting for a long time, actually we understand that being on duty at night makes you sleepy, but can you sleep without having to hide, just sleep at the reception desk, don't rush, people will have a hard time finding him

The receptionist was unfriendly, rude, and indifferent, making me want to not check in.

It's enough for a stopover. Found in room 101, the room right behind the admin. Opened the curtains and went straight to the parking lot, I heard them chatting again.

It's nice, but the AC isn't working, the soap and shampoo haven't been refilled, overall the atmosphere is nice
