I usually stay at the Zest Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, and I expected the same quality of service and room comfort. Unfortunately, on our second day, we returned to our room at 9:00 PM and it hadn't been cleaned. I was incredibly disappointed after a long day of traveling around Bandung to find the room still a mess. I don't know if it was Housekeeping or the Front Office's fault for not updating the room. I had requested a room change upon check-in (the room I was initially assigned was very gloomy, dusty, with the window lock open, the handle seemingly broken, allowing odors from outside to enter the room, and the view was of a building with several construction workers working, allowing a direct view out the window. Although the room was located close to the elevator, as I requested, it would have been better to check for any defects that needed to be repaired. It was very uncomfortable).
The shower was small, the sofa cover was very dirty with lots of white stains, and the foam was no longer firm. When I sat down, it sank down.
I think Swiss-Bel management can do better than this.
