Overall, the service was good, but there are some room amenities that could be improved. 1. The bathroom drainage/blower, as the water was somewhat stagnant. 2. Cable TV channels could be added, keeping up with current trends. Breakfast amenities: Perhaps the staff could be more diligent in checking so that out-of-date food can be refilled promptly. Considering the hotel's relatively busy conditions 🙏🏻☺️ But overall, for a first-time stay, it was good.

The best facilities, clean rooms, cold AC, hot water works well, good TV channels. The downside is there's no refrigerator, but the AC is cold. The pillows are already sagging.

The hotel is nice and looks luxurious with spacious rooms and a beautiful view of Pati. Unfortunately, the food is less than appetizing.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was strategic, and it was close to everything. The hot water was a bit lacking, though. Even though the temperature outside was 40°C, it actually felt like 47°C 😆, I still wanted a hot shower because I was so tired yesterday. And there was a guest, who, I don't know where, openly and selflessly smoked in the elevator. It was really annoying. I could only glare at him, cover my nose, and then flick it. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Just please replace the towels, as the ones I used are worn and black.
