The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Yesterday, we arrived there past check-in hours. However, because we requested two rooms on the same floor, we had to wait about 17 minutes to get adjacent rooms. Due to the delay in getting our rooms, we received complimentary pempek (fish cakes) and tofu with soy sauce. There were also free snacks in the refrigerator. The location is close to the city center and adjacent to a famous souvenir shop, Bika Ambon Sunda Rasa. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can request prayer mats and an iron and ironing board. However, the breakfast menu is lacking in variety and the taste is mediocre, perhaps it could be improved. Otherwise, I really like the service at Horison Sukabumi.

The best hotel in Sukabumi, everything is ok and good. Resto is being renovated, but breakfast has moved to another place, which is just a short walk by. Hotel reception women need to be more polite and a bit smiley won't be too hard, I guess

The hotel staff is friendly, we checked in at 1 pm and the room was ready so we could move in straight away. The hotel's location is very good, close to the trendy culinary area and in the same area as the souvenir shop for Sundanese-flavored Bika Ambon.

The first time I stayed at the Horison Sukabumi Hotel, I got a cake upon check-in and the cake was delivered to my room. The food was plentiful and varied, there were healthy drinks such as herbal medicine and bandrek, but unfortunately the wifi kept dropping out.
