I booked through the app and it seemed like the room wasn't ready for sale. Many things were broken, but I was able to change rooms, which was okay. It was much better than the first room, even though the price was the same.

Convenient travel, can walk to eat around the accommodation, near the mall, not crowded, clean room

Check in was fast, stay in this hotel for 4 nights it would be better to have variety foods on breakfast.. can you imagine you have the same breakfast 4 days in a row.. the staff in the breakfast restaurant could have been friendlier.. food taste was ok.. room are spacious however for me who only have 170cm heights was quite difficult in the narrow shower area.. internet somehow not work well so i need to call the receptionist. Lastly the sound of the airplane take off was so loud that quite often bothered me when had a communication w/ my colleagues when i was working. Location however close to Maya mall and there is tuktuk shuttle free which could take you there. Overall ok

Clean room, has a bathtub, soundproof room, spacious, beautiful view, unique food menu.

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. However, there may be some noise from nearby entertainment venues and airplane noise. It is normal and not too disturbing. I will definitely stay here again.

The price is reasonable. I have stayed here many times. The breakfast is good, with a variety. The sweet and sour stir-fry is very delicious.

I already informed the room that I wanted a double bed. When I got to the hotel, they said they couldn't, even though we informed them in advance. In conclusion, they sold it to a tour group.

The door was very noisy. Got a connecting room. The next room played music very loudly. The sound penetrated the room. Quickly notified the staff to move the room late at night. Even though I had asked for a quiet room from the beginning. The bathroom had very good pressure. But the area around the curtains was full of dust. Not as clean as it should be.

I really like it. The room is beautiful, clean, well-proportioned, the water in the bathroom flows strong, the atmosphere is good, the breakfast is delicious. There are many to choose from. The staff at the front are very cute and helpful.

Lovely staff, good care Room on the mountain side, good atmosphere, add a little more money, get a bathtub as well The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It's a pity that when we go to the rooftop, it's closed. The parking lot is a bit less, if you come in late, there may be no parking space. Breakfast is decent but the menu is the same every day. Staying for several days may be boring. Overall it is worth the money.
