This time I stay here around 1 week, and happy stay here. I think this is the only one hotel nearest to Lam Wah Ee Hospital, many food around this hotel and no worry for laundry or mini market, also have market for vegetable, fish, meet around hotel, if want go to city, can call e-hailing or by bus. Thank you for the hospitality

The hotel's location is strategic, the rooms are affordable and comfortable, and everything needs to be cleaned and replaced, even down to the amenities. The photos I uploaded are of the hotel's surroundings, so I never get bored staying here. Awesome.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet.. the distance to the hospital is long, wow, 30 minutes walk and you'll arrive... the staff are friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and nice, the bathroom is clean. It's satisfying to stay here...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location to Lam Wah Ee Hospital. The rest is bad. The receptionist is rude. I checked in for 2 days, and on the first day I was a no show because the plane was delayed. But they unilaterally canceled my 2nd day. After a little confirmation, they gave me a room for my 2nd day. In the morning, the electricity in the room suddenly went out. And after confirming to the reception at the time of check out (8-9 am I c. O) there was no apology at all from the reception. Even when I left there was no word of thanks for staying.

First, thank you for staying at our hotel. To your knowledge, we were not informed about cancellation or non-attendance from your side, even when you were present at the hotel on the second day early from the check-in time, we also gave you an early check-in without having to wait until the check-in time. at 2pm. Regarding the lack of apology, we have investigated our receptionist who issued an apology even though we did not receive a report from another room that had no electricity that day. Regarding the thank you, our receptionist said thank you after he signed the deposit receipt. Please don't make this incorrect charge. Thank you. again for staying at Sunstaone and sorry if you had a bad experience

The hotel is near to Lam wah ee hospital. There is a market infront. Just walk across to the market. There are so many kind of food in the market. The room is a bit old. The picture of the room is so good. But it 's opposite to the reality. We get a room with no window. So it feels Stuffy inside the room. Fortunately we just stay for one night.

The hotel staff is very friendly, if the room is available then you can check in straight away, no need to wait until the time is up. The rooms are comfortable and nice, the wifi is also smooth.
