Friendly staff, easy reservations, lots of places to eat within walking distance

Yesterday I lost my mouse, I chatted and called but no response.

The location is strategic and worth every penny. However, the room still smells of cigarettes.

Comfortable and safe, clean, friendly, strategic.

The bedroom was quite clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lacking in cleanliness, especially the walls and behind the door, and the bidet spray leaked. The reception area was always empty, so you had to call or WhatsApp the staff.

Comfortable, close to everywhere, the price is right, great

Will come here again if I have a short trip, all the access is close enough to walk to.

I think it would be better if the TV was given Netflix access to make it more comfortable 😁

There are no towels. There's no Wi-Fi either. It says mineral water, but there isn't any. Please fix this, okay?

The bedroom is comfortable with air conditioning, the bathroom is clean, and hot and cold water is available and works well.

Overall, it's ok because it's cheap. But please fix the AC next time, because it's really hot.

The room is small but since you only need it to sleep and shower (and rest) it's fine. It's located at Setiabudi area which is very great. Near to the Transjakarta station and MRT station. Surrounding with food, laundry, etc. The staff are great. The room needs more cleaning. The internet is great.

No drinks. No soap, etc. It's just a strategic location near public transportation.

Pictures are misleading and very disappointing. The room is dusty and cramped, with thin pillows, cheap, dirty, and rough sheets. There's no mineral water, hot water kettle, or sufficient amenities. There's a very strong and pungent smell of cigarettes coming from the next room that's causing me a headache and breathing difficulties, even though the regulations prohibit smoking.

It was a disappointing experience. Pictures are misleading as the room is very cramped, dusty with old furnitures, cheap bedsheet and thin pillows. Hot water was barely on, no mineral water nor hot water kettle is provided. The worst part was despite it's a non-smoking area but there was a heavy cigarette smell that caused me a headache. I didn't finish my 5-day stay and decided to check out the next day after checking in. I will never return here again.

Always come here when I go to Jakarta, it's cheap and close to public transport.
