I just want to say thank you to the staff who were very responsive in serving me, because I experienced a mystical/horror incident and got a corner room, then I asked to change rooms with conditions that matched the price of the room I booked and the staff immediately served me quickly, there was a water heater, there was a swimming pool, but the bathroom was a bit smelly because of the water pipe, even though I didn't use the AC, the room was still cold, thank you Rudian Hotel 🤗

This hotel is amazing. For a very pocket-friendly price, we can get 2 swimming pools, a great water heater, comfortable and cool rooms, a good TV, refillable mineral water (for brewing coffee or cup noodles) and of course cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. Access is also easy. I have been to the Rudian hotel twice and will return again with my wife and children: hopefully, besides the swings, there are additional games for children such as slides, etc. Thank you to the informative front office gentlemen.

The cheapest hotel in Puncak. The rooms don't have fans, air conditioning, or even a hexadecimal fan. Poor air circulation makes the rooms damp. There are also plenty of insects in the rooms. The TV only makes things cramped, though it shouldn't be necessary since it doesn't work at all. Overall, everything is okay, and the quality is good for the price.

The bathroom is not very clean. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom. I also ordered a deluxe room, which was not as pictured. I got a twin room and it was small. I checked in at 10 am due to getting caught in the rain on the way. It should have been as ordered, but it arrived late, so I got the remaining room.
