Allowing unknown people to enter the room

The room size is very narrow, there is no space for prayer with camouflage windows, the TV is blurry and needs to be replaced and the AC is not cold at all.

- When we tried to check in, we brought two suitcases, but they didn't help us. - The receptionist had a sour face (if you're tired, you should go home). - The bathtub was cracked and couldn't be used. - The toilet didn't push (it had to be lifted and flushed manually). - The dressing table suddenly fell over. - The only advantage was that it was in the city center. - Honestly, I regret never having checked into a hotel like this, even though the one I booked was a high-rise with a garden on the 6th floor.

The underside of the bed wasn't clean, with cotton swab marks and thick dust. The public bathroom near the lobby/registration area didn't flush properly, so guests' defecation wasn't flushed away.

The staff is nice. The rooms are in good condition, but the food is lacking in variety, and the prices are reasonable.

Every time I visit Pekanbaru, I always stay at this hotel because of its strategic location in the city center and easy access to food. For me, staying at a hotel just to sleep, this is more than enough. The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is still cool, and the staff is helpful. I didn't try the food, as I prefer to eat out for breakfast. Sorry, I didn't have time to take any photos.

For smoking rooms, it would be better to repair the noisy AC, overall it is good.

We stayed on 01/01/2026, room 527 & 528, the wifi was not working and even though we complained, it was not responded to, the exhaust fan in room 328 was not working, hopefully this can be a concern for the management.

My suggestion is that the shower and toilet seat be made at different heights so that when you shower the water doesn't come out.
